Perhaps the most important thing to remember is, with all accessories~they should be the last thing you put on before heading out and the first thing you take off when returning home.  

Be careful to keep dry and free from soaps, chemicals and salt water~of course nothing tragic will happen~just make sure to wipe dry asap.  

It is completely normal for some of the semiprecious stones to deepen or lighten in color due to their natural element.
